Fidus Ads Management ("Fidus", "we", "us") operates fidusadsmanagement.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Information you give us: your name, email address, company, and anything you include when you contact us or engage us for work.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring source, and the pages you view on this site.
Client account data: when we are engaged, we are granted access to advertising and analytics accounts belonging to our clients. We access that data solely to deliver the agreed services, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
Some of our internal workflows use AI tools to assist with research, creative variant generation and pattern analysis. Where client account or creative data is processed by a third-party AI provider, that provider is contractually restricted from using it to train their own general models, and is bound by confidentiality obligations equivalent to our own.
To respond to enquiries and prepare audits, to deliver and administer client work, to send service-related communications, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to understand and improve how this site performs. We do not sell personal information.
We use analytics to measure site traffic, and may use advertising platform pixels to measure our own marketing performance. These set cookies in your browser, which you can control through your browser settings; where required, we ask for consent before non-essential cookies are set.
We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf — email hosting, analytics, file storage, accounting, contracted AI tooling — and only to the extent needed for them to perform those services, or where required by law.
Client account data, performance figures and commercial terms are treated as confidential. We do not publish identifiable client results without written permission, which is why the work described on this site is anonymized by sector.
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, port or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email hello@fidusadsmanagement.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls on client accounts. No system is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
